WEST CENTRAL GEORGIA FLYING CLUB, INC.
MINUTES OF MEETING JULY 9TH, 2000

A meeting of West Central Georgia Flying Club was held on July 9, 2000 at 2:00 PM

The subject of insurance was discussed.  It was pointed out by the treasurer that there would no longer be automatic coverage when new members were added.  Each individual member will have to be approved by the insurance company, therefore no new members will be allowed to fly solo until such approval is received.

It was reported that the loran in the Skyhawk was not working.  General consensus was that we might replace both the loran in both planes after the annual.

Hours not accounted for was discussed again and the importance of legibily writing in the pilot's name and hours was again emphasised.

Washing the planes was discussed.  After much discussion, it was voted that David Neikirk be  given one hour per plane per month maximum for keeping both  planes washed.

It was pointed out that the planes should be filled up after flying so they will be ready for the next person.

If any damage is done to either plane, it should be reported.
The possibility of  swapping hangers was discussed.
