A meeting of West Central Georgia Flying Club, Inc. was held on December 17, 1998.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss options for replacing or rebuilding the engine on 94L.

Several engine options were discussed at length, along with an increase in monthly dues and hourly flying charges.  A motion was made by Mark Buffington that the club install a new 180 HP conversion engine, raise the monthly dues to $45.00, and raise the flying charge to $38.00 per hour.  The motion was seconded by Mark Harris.  The motion was passed with two members opposing.

A short discussion was held concerning the possibility of allowing members to purchase a block of time, but this was never made into a motion.
